Multiplying and Deepening Affirmation Effectiveness

Hello,

Here it comes:

Autumn! Are you ready?

In terms of what seasons mean to us archetypically,
and in general, autumn is the time for reaping the benefits
of the work we've done over the past year.

Now, here's an interesting question:

How can we reap the maximum rewards from
our affirmations?

Well, for starters, we need to have well - designed,
custom affirmations that we "jive with".

Affirmations that really are fantastic for me, might leave something
to be desired for you, and vice versa.

The next step then is to make a DAILY habit of repeating our affirmations.

With these we have quality, and consistency.

After daily repitition of your personlized
quality affirmations for a couple of months
you will likely notice that there is something
about the affirmations that is present in your consciousness.

It might not have changed your life completely
from top to bottom, but there is some little something
positive that is noticeable from this practice.

This is like when you have sown a bunch of seeds
in your garden, watered them and tended them.

Initially you do this on faith - even though
there is nothing tangible
that you can immediately see as a result of
putting the seeds in the ground. Nonetheless, you persist.

You endure in your efforts of watering, and tending the
seed with full faith that something will happen.

Then one day you notice that a little tiny plant stem is
just barely starting to emerge from
the ground. Hooray!!

This is positive progress, but obviously
we don't stop there, right?

Now is when we intensify our efforts:

We fertilize, we weed, we talk to the plants,
we keep the insects away, we protect the plants from the
weather, and so on.

How do we intensify our affirmations in order to really allow
the most rapid progress?

1) By increasing the number of repititions

2) By varying HOW we affirm.

There are many ways we can affirm.

Most of the time we find a couple that we like,
and we specialize in those.

Here is a partial list of ways we can affirm:

Outloud spoken normally
Whispered outloud
Yelled at the top of our lungs
Mentally, inside our head, spoken normally
Whispered inside our head
Yelled inside our head
Outloud in various body positions
Outloud, while looking in a mirror
Outloud, with our eyes closed
Whispered, with our eyes closed
Written by hand in block print
Written by hand in cursive
Typed
Chanted
Spoken to another person
Spoken to us by another person
In trance
Recorded in our own voice and played back
Sung with a rhythm
Repeated in the shower
Repeated while walking
Repeated back and forth between you and another in a mock conversation
that consists only of affirmations
Posted around our homes and cars
On a screen saver so we see them when we look at our computers

These just a few of the many ways.

My invitation to you is to choose 3 affirmations that you like.
Then do 10 repititions of each of your chosen 3 affirmations in all,
or at least most of ways listed, and any other ways that occur to you.
