Exploring Psionic possibilities.

Some will be tempted to do this package early in their journey, the lure of
psychic powers can seem to hold tremendous value. However, it usually
isn't even possible to stably or consistently access this area until
one has resolved numerous other factors (including attachment to the outcome).
Therefore, the application process for this level is rigorous, and in most cases the applicant will be told to do other packages first. Part of the reason for this is
that advanced abilities seem to only be dependably accessible in a mental
environment of detachment from them.

Furthermore, Levels 3 and 4 are currently under research and are presently only theoretical and experimental. Noone should come away from reading this with the idea that Robert is offering the key to unlocking psionic ability. I'm not willing to say that yet.
