Deep Congruency and behavioral demonstration of the integration of the outcomes of each package of that level. This does not mean that all packages for each level must be done. In fact, a "generalization effect" is expected to occur for each package, and level. This generalization effect is somewhat like all of the outcomes suddenly and effortless appearing in ones experience and behavior. This is due to a subjective personal re-organization.

The minimum number of packages required per level is 1, done well and thoroughly. In addition, each outcome of each package of the level being declared must be checked, demonstrated, and reviewed in session. Then each outcome of each package is congruently attested to before a committee of a minimum of 3 reviewers.

Transformational fine tuning is expected to happen during the review process. The outcome of level review and attestation is either approval to begin the next level, or a specific plan of work in the form of packages and topics, or other actions or tasks. A profound form of learning and integration is found in tasking. Tasking makes available profound reference experiences. For example, someone who is having challenges with fear despite lots of PPD work might be given the tasks of fire walking, board breaking, starting conversations with 1,000 strangers or groups of strangers, bongi jumping, sky diving. These are dramatic examples of tasks, which would obviously address fear. Tasks need not be so dramatic. A valid and useful task could be to make contact with estranged family members. Someone who exhibits stress that other approaches we use don't have much effect with might be give the task of attending a 10 day meditation retreat, and spending a full 24 hour period alone in nature once a month for 6 months.

In some cases a task or tasks will assigned as an optional way to facilitate deep integration of some aspects of of a level.

There are many possible tasks. Tasking is an area where the possibility of abuse, and negative outcomes is more of a factor than most aspects of our transformational technology. For this reason tasks must be not be given lightly or without the balanced perspective of Love, Wisdom, Empowerment, Ecology, and personal congruence and from a space of deep concern for the safety and well-being of the person involved. A task recipient has the option of not-doing the task and requesting another task, or an explanation of the task. There is a full methodology, written up elsewhere for the delivery of tasks which must be followed.

Together with a witnessed congruent declaration of each outcome of each package, and behavior evidence of each outcome, and the specific completion checks for each package.

It is not possible to skip a level. Doing so is typcially an indication of an unhandled area from a prior level that something about the new level is seen as a solution to.

Plus:

Level 1 - Impeccability --> No personal issues, or everyday incongruence. A level 1 completion is an extremely action oriented, powerful, centered, happy, creative, joyful, peaceful, at ease, fulfilled, optimistic, effective, fulfilled, compentent, confident, compassionate, addiction free and demonstrates uncommon wisdom. A level 1 completion has mastered and resolved all "mundane" issues, outcomes, and challenges. Furthermore, a Level 1 completion joyfully, and generally without resistance, complaint, or procrastination handle the communications, problems, upsets, issues, situations, and conditions of life effectively and elegantly while inspiring greatness in those around them.

The other criteria for completion of level 1 demonstrated ability to Solo facilitate oneself through a package.

Level 2 - Enlightenment -> A level 2 being is ULTRA Congruent. They have resolved self, duality, illusion, projection, infinity, all dimensions and reflections of self. They are profoundly, wise, resourceful and compassionate. Enlightenment is the resolution of the subtle, the covert, the hidden and the implied.

Furthermore, upon completion of Level 2, a person will be able to demonstration competence at facilitating others through package work.

Level 3 - Avatar --> an Avatar has pushed their Enlightenment into the realm of ABILITY.

Furthermore, Level 3 is able to facilitate the profound personal development of groups, and is also able to reliably and non=verbally, and a distance facilitate profound personal development in others. Minimal criteria for Level 3 completion includes reliable access to intuition, synergy, healing, telepathy, remote viewing, field effects, energetic effects, lucid dreaming, all deep trance phenomena, genius, and other phenomena.

Level 4 - Mastery --> all of the above, plus congruent, effortless demonstration of the outcomes of all packages and levels deeply integrated, and as natural as breathing.

With level 4 we are talking about Orders of Magnitude.
