Cybernetic - Any system that responds to feedback can be considered Cybernetic.

Calibration - Fine-tuning, organizing or aligning components of a system to function in relationship to a class of events or experiences. Learning is another, less technical and less precise way of thinking about calibration.

System - a series of inter-related, and inter-dependendant components. A person is a system, so is a group, family, a company, an industry, species or eco-system.

Thus Neuro Cybernetic Calibration Systems is the set of construction methodologies for creating or calibrating a subjective reality that is durable and resilient in response to feedback or even the lack of feedback.
