Q - What is a Wisdom Strategy?

A - A philosophy, a technique, a system, a strategy, or a distinction that when understood and utilized gives us access to wisdom.

Q - Are you a guru, teacher, coach or what?

A - Thank you for asking! To some extent all of the above, and to some extent none of the above.

The way I like to think about it is I am a facilitator of profound personal development.

Q - How does that differ from being a coach or therapist?

A - Therapists generally work inside of a problem oriented diagnostic model. What I'm about is building in your consciousness a series of dynamic and yet stable solution oriented states of beingness and possibility. It's a totally different paradigm.

The world needs therapists. There are definitely individuals that need therapy. This is work for people who are ready to explore new realms of possibility.

If you are currently working with a therapist and your relationship with your therapist is either a) court ordered, or other demanded (such as if your relationship partner said they would consider staying with you if among other things you started seeing a therapist. b) of a permission based nature, where you have an agreement, explicit or not, that you need your therapists (read counselor, psychologists, psychiatrists, doctors) permission to try out other modalities cautiously with hand holding or c) if you are dealing with "heavy duty stuff" like some kind of psychotic disorder, then this is probably not a good fit, at least not right now.

Some of the reason this wouldn't be a good fit for individuals who the above applies include:

A) You really need to be self motivated in this work.

B) You will be asked to do so much transformational work, so fast, doing many kinds of exercises and activities that have not been conclusively proven with any scientific studies. However, the experiences I offer are things that you can probably subjectively verify under realistic and supportive conditions.

If you have to check in with a therapist before it's ok to try something, you'll drive them crazy trying to also do this. Furthermore, if you have this kind of therapeutic relationship -- which in some cases is absolutely appropriate, many therapists in this situation will likely ask you to stop or postpone your involvement with Wisdom Strategy Research Institute anyway. For certain individuals I would completely agree with them.

C) If you have a "Heavy duty" issue in the realm of a "psychotic disorder", or an active strong addiction, where you have significant trouble coping with daily life, you probably need a custom tailored, unpredictable relationship of deep rapport.

On the other hand, if you are working with a therapist because, it is a very efficient, effective, productive method of personal evolution - then you would most likely be very excited about what Wisdom Strategy Research Institute has to offer.

I want to partner with philosophical explorers and adventurers, spiritual warriors, seekers, and the like. If that's not you right now, that's totally fine. It's not most people. That's absolutely perfect.

With regard to coaching:

A coach is generally someone who helps you to solve your problems and achieve your goals. I do that as well. The difference is two - fold:

First, the depth of transformational work that I offer, by design goes much further and deeper. My intention is to utilize many every day issues as starting points to move toward Enlightenment (the full realization and acquisition of Love, Wisdom, Empowerment, and Congruence).

Secondly, I have a series of well defined steps, that I call Levels, to guide you all the way. This works takes you from where you are, as far as you want to go toward being your true potential. Coaches generally are good at helping you to resolve or achieve a range of things, but that's it.
Coaching is FANTASTIC resource, and I encourage people to take advantage of it. Sometimes, the Wisdom Strategy work appears very similar to coaching. This is especially the case in Level 1.

Ultimately, this work is very spiritually (not religious) directed and oriented. Although, many Level 1 and some Level 2 packages only hint of spirituality.

Q - Is this a cult?

A - Well, the truth is that in some ways it resembles a cult. It is nearly impossible to avoid having a certain culture emerge around any profound or wisdom technology.

However, with regard to the negative and dangerous aspects of cults it's definitely and intentionality NOT a cult ! It's probably best described as an adventure, an opportunity, and an exploration. I say that because the way I see what we are making available is a set of experiential possibilities the likes of which have never been known in recorded history.

That last statement should be qualified - there appear to have been various kinds of philosophical endeavors and adventures happening for the entirety of recorded history. I believe that we are standing on the shoulders of those who have gone before, and hopefully reaching further than has been reached before.

The paradox here is that if you ask most of the people who are at the helm of the commonly recognized cults if their organizations are cults, most would say not.

Now, there are certainly elements of what we are doing that could cause some to say or think that Wisdom Stratey Research Institute was a cult. So, ultimately, if you are on a cult hunt, and already have a fixed idea that anything is a cult that isn't aligned with what you personally believe is right and true, then you will be likely able to prove to yourself that we are a cult.

We as human beings can find evidence to back up pretty much any opinion. For example, with no offense to anyone intended, I draw your attention to the Flat Earth Society, who's members purportedly still adhere to the belief that the Earth is flat. However, if you look closely enough at what we doing, you will probably find that we are in fact at least somewhat aligned with your beliefs and values. I sincerely believe that this statement will hold true for the vast majority of people. Obviously there will be some exceptions to this, and that's completely fine.

In fact, there is a possibility that the things we are doing could get distorted, or get out of control in some way that is harmful, destructive, unsafe, or reckless. If you happen to feel that we are doing anything that is or could be unsafe, harmful, unecological, or unwise please inform me in detail of the full specifics of your concern by email Robert@wisdomstrategy.com, and put "WSRI CONCERNS" in the subject line. I promise that I will immediately and personally review the situation, and reply to you about my findings as soon as possible, and hopefully within 2 weeks of your original email. From there, either I will immediately address the issue if it's urgent or an obvious matter, or perhaps we can dialogue about the issue further. The exact resolution will depend on what the issue is.

I request your assistance in keeping us on the straight and narrow path.

Ironically, and sadly in history there have been many instances where institutions devoted to spiritual advancement have done very unethical things purportedly as a means to some great spiritual purpose. If the Wisdom Strategy Research Institutes goals together with every aspect of the action plans to achieve those goal don't reflect Love, Wisdom, Empowerment, Congruence, Balance, and Honesty that is a red-flag, that should be investigated, and probably adjusted.

It is certainly my intention that Wisdom Strategy Research Institute only be about compassionately making wonderful things possible. I would greatly, and sincerely appreciate your feedback if you think Wisdom Strategy Research has been in any way deviating from being something good, right, true, compassionate, and wonderful.

The more important question is, and the question people are trying to answer by asking if it's a cult is ...

Q - "Is this dangerous?"

A - Again we have the same paradox as above.

There are times when this work could be dangerous, but mostly that is when this work is attempted by someone who isn't ready for it. Someone that isn't ready would generally be someone who has been or would be diagnosed by a psychologist as having some sort of psychological malady in the realm of psychosis. Frankly, I don't really even want folks who are dealing with most kinds of psychosis as members, customers or clients. That is a compassionate decision meant to safeguard everyones well being.

There may be a few exceptions, so I'm not automatically ruling this out for someone just because they have a label of a psychotic disorder, because I believe there are problems with the current diagnostic system. However, mostly, if you are psychotic to the point that you know you have problem, or your psychologist or psychiatrist tells you that you do, then you are probably not a good candidate for this work. If you have been diagnosed with some kind of psychosis we are willing to talk to you, and potentially work with you, however, there are a number of criteria that I'm looking for to ensure your preparedness, and I'm likely to delay your participation until you have meant certain criteria of well-being. That is for everyones well-being. Wisdom Strategy Research Institute reserves the right to deny service to anyone, at our sole discretion.

Here are some basic criteria:

1) Are you currently taking, or does a professional believe that you should be taking a medication to manage symptoms of a mental, emotional, or psychological nature, or to treat a psychotic disorder? If you are not fairly stable mentally and emotionally without medications, you are not ready for Wisdom Strategy.

2) Are you having serious thoughts of harming yourself, or another / others? In the last 18 weeks have you either actually attempted either of the above, or have seriously contemplated it more than once? If so, it would be in everyones best interest that you gain some solid coping skills, and resolve the underlying issues before you come to work with us.

3) Do have a difficult time knowing what is real? Some of what we do could make it more challenging.

4) Are you actively addicted to alcohol, drugs, gambling, food, sex, or other harmful activity? With addictions, if you have not been sober for at least 90 days we may or may not welcome your participation at this time. There are some exceptions, however, we do not have facilities necessary to help you break the immediate cycle of a strong addiction. A daily 12 step meeting or treatment program is probably a better choice initially. Our program is good for taking work began in a 12 step program or a treatment center to new depths of resolution.

5) Do you suffer prolonged periods of intense negative emotions? If so, one on one work with a therapist is more appropriate. Once you have achieved a satisfactory degree of emotional choice and freedom we can help you to reach amazing new levels of satisfaction and fulfillment. The place to start is with a competent therapist.

Also, if you are doing this work for the purpose of somehow proving me wrong to the world, this could actually be somewhat uncomfortable for you. PLEASE READ THE NEXT PARAGRAPH. This is NOT due to any thing I or anyone associated with me will do to intentionally or maliciously make you uncomfortable. Your safety is assured to the extent we can reasonably assure it. So please do not misconstrue what I'm saying here. What I am saying is that if you have that kind of hidden agenda it will color and interfere with your progress, and that could mean that you could find certain exercises uncomfortable or stressful.

If that sort of hidden agenda is how you need to approach this work in order to feel safe in doing so, then so be it. You are welcome. I invite you to insist upon giving us a fair and balanced try. Should you find something that you have concerns about, please notify me so that we can continue to improve.

Q - Is there a lot of high-pressure to do additional packages or levels?

A - Well, there will be some communication and encouragement toward the purpose of having you continue. However, participation with Wisdom Strategy Research Institute is extremely low pressure. The results of going through 1 package should leave you eager for more. If you are not excited to continue then we have not done an effective job with design and delivery. This is not evangelism, and this is not coercion.

The fact is that this kind of thing absolutely is not for everyone. Those of us who are into this sort of thing will likely find this to be extremely cool. First of all, I only want people who want to do this. That's much less than 10% of the population at large. You really have to be into tinkering with your mind to enjoy this journey.

If you aren't into this, that's totally fine. You're time, and money will be better spent elsewhere, doing other things that you are into. That's one difference. This is not about world domination or anything like that. In fact, I'm really not all that into politics.

What I am extremely into is finding out what's possible. If you want to find out what's possible, then you might want to really check this out.

Another thing to know is I'm not into controlling you, or having you do stupid rituals. If I ask you to do something, I will have a rationale reason for asking. I usually attempt to communicate those reasons to you. However, if that communication doesn't happen, or if you disagree, we can communicate about it. If there is some reason you don't want to do something you can let us know. For instance, lets say that the next step in a package is to resolve a particular class of minor - traumas in your personal history. You might think in response that that doesn't make sense to you. If that should occur, then we'd want to talk and look at and handle why not. The handling might be skipping that step. It might be exploring how you manage to not want to explore that, it could be helping you to customize what the step is, so that it fits for you. You know more about you than anyone else ever will. If you sign up to participate in a package, I want you to get the results, even if that means we customize the package so that is works for you. I'm willing to be flexible to make it work. This is only the beginning. I expect there will some adjustments along the way as more and more people go this way and together we learn more.

Yet another reason to feel comfortable with Wisdom Strategy Research Institute, is that right up front I tell you there is absolutely no good reason to inherently believe everything (even anything) I say. I'm not a god in the flesh or saint or ascended master or angelic being or example of perfection or whatever anymore that you and everyone else. I have no Divine authority beyond whatever Divine authority that all humanity shares, so please don't worship me. I'm not even a guru. One of my favorite testimonials that I have is where somebody said I was a guru. I thought that was kind of fun to be called a guru. The fact is that I'm the same as everyone else. I've felt the similar pain, and had the same kinds of struggles and hardships, and am having the same kinds of struggles you are. It's also possible even probable that I will make mistakes.

Verify and test out what I say. Learn from and utilize those things that are a good fit for. Adapt and modify those things that are sort of a fit for you if that seems appropriate. For example, if I say, "blah", and your experience is that "blah" isn't quite it, at least for you, but "blah and blah" is right on, then generally go with that, as long as it also has Love and Balance, or at least doesn't hurt anyone and you don't do anything illegal, etc. Bring your integrity, and courage to this adventure.

Q - Is this a religion?

A- Not only is this not a cult, it's not even a religion. This is a business, which means that I am going to attempt to make a profit in the process of contributing to your profound personal evolution. We don't have a weekly Sunday service, and I don't do things like weddings or funerals. We accept people from all faiths, and from no faith, true believers and skeptics.

Q - Do you have secret or confidential data?

There are no top secret or confidential data. There are some things that I'm not going to share until you are ready. It's kind of like a martial arts school. A begining student doesn't do the same techniques that someone who has been training in that art for a decade does. There it's understood to be common sense. And yet, even in martial arts there are many beginners who long to immediately practice advanced techniques. Most advanced techniques are advanced techniques because they require a proficiency in fundamental skills in order to make them work.

To continue with our martial arts metaphor, if a white belt wants to learn about what black belts are doing, it's a healthy thing, and ultimately will help to advance the rate of progress. However, if you don't know how to fall or roll, there are some ways you don't want to be thrown. Trust me on this - I fractured a vertebrae in my neck that way. The white belt should watch, and read about the advanced stuff. BUT, not practice it until they are ready.

With some of the subtle aspects of levels 2, and up, certain things may seem ridiculous, to someone who isn't ready for those levels. Even if tried the material will probably not be accessible until you have resolved Level 1. It's just too subtle. If you have your attention directed by low self esteem, or what have you, it is unlikely that you will have much attention left over to notice very subtle distinctions

At a certain point in our expansion you will probably be able to find everything on the internet anyway. I'm not going to pretend or enforce that there any secrets. Although, I will enforce copyright enfringement. And for some things ask that you don't disclose what is shared with you, and sign a non-disclosure agreement. Nonetheless, I have no illusions about the fact that in one or another it will be disclosed to the public. That's just the way it is. I'm about wisdom and balance. For some materials I will take certain precautions to minimize it's wide spread distribution. Yet, it's not worth a tremendous investment of resources to enforce.

The reason for even attempting to minimize it is most people will not be able to access level 2, 3, and 4 material until they have cleared level 1 issues. The point is only to keep you focused on the level you are on.

I promise you that I do not promote any kind of whacky cosmology.

Do you believe in aliens?
No, I don't believe in aliens.

I should qualify that last statement. It's not that I believe they don't exist, it's just that I'm not promoting anything that has anything at all to do with aliens. When it comes to aliens and UFO's I'm agnostic, there's plenty of interesting, even entertaining stories around, but little convincing evidence.

With the vastness of the universe, I think we would be foolish to consider that we are alone. Yet, I have not come across what I consider credible evidence of contact with extra-terrestial life forms.

Q - What do you believe about the Bible?

A - The Bible is a wonderful, and divinely inspired book of wisdom. Some of the techniques, and philosophy presented herein is derived straight from biblical text.

Q - Can I use Wisdom Strategy Research Institute products or services as a substitute for psycho-therapy?

A - NO, ABSOLUTELY NOT !! If you are working with a professional therapist, or counselor please keep working with them until you both agree that you are mentally, and emotionally healthy. If you think you might need to see a therapist, then by all means please go see one. Especially if you have been diagnosed with ANY kind of psychotic disorder including bi-polar disorder, any kind of dissociative disorder, any kind of schizophrenia, borderline personality disorder, or have been having any thoughts about not being nice to and taking really good care of yourself, or have had thoughts about not being nice to others, then by all means work with someone who does that sort of work. I'm not qualified, or licensed to see anyone in that capacity.

If you want to deal with things like resolving a relationship, achieving goals, and exploring how to optimize your mindset, let's talk. If you are interested in to learning to experience inner tranquility or bliss at levels way beyond what you once thought was possible, come work with me. Q - What if I can't afford it?

A - The material and the work is free, and regular meetings where you can learn and work with the material are free. You are encouraged to find a partner to work with in a co-facilitation or turn about arrangement where you facilitate each other through the materials.

Therefore, virtually everyone can afford it. Supporting materials and services such as books, audio and video programs, professional facilitation and review, events, intensive facilitation memberships, retreats, and the like will require a reasonable investment.

Most of these supporting products, services, and events are affordable for almost anyone. However, I do not want the investment to be a barrier for anyone. If you aren't able to save up in a few weeks the amount that it takes to participate then we can probably come to some sort of an agreement on a case by case basis. I want everyone who wants to particpate to be able to do so.

Q - Do you accept barter?

A - Sometimes.

Q - Are scholarships available?

A - There are a limited number of both full and partial scholarships available for those who demonstrate both a commitment to pursuing this material, and a financial need.

Q - What is Cybernetic Calibration Systems?

A - The human technology developed to deliver on the promise of the "packages" described on the WisdomStrategy.com site.

Q - Do you take insurance?

A - No, we are NOT treating anything, nor are we diagnosing anything. You pretty much have to be doing one or both of those in order to qualify to accept insurance.

Q - What do you believe about spiritual entities?

A - Well, who really knows for sure if such things exist. I don't really know if they do or not. I know that despite my personal agnosticism about entities, when I use procedures and frameworks designed to handle or work with them, something useful usually happens. There are some subjectively repeatable phenomena that are available with entity based models, and there are gains to be had from those models. However, there is a price in personal power. If your issues are the result of spiritual entities, then you are at the effect of them. That's not how I prefer to operate.

I've found that these phenomena are equally well resolved by treating them as part of our unconsious mind. We allow for working with such phenomena as entities if the client has that framework. However, the preference is to not label or classify it. If there is an entity, how do you know it's there? Is there an image, a thought, a feeling, a perception, a sensation, etc. Let's just work with that, and leave mythological conversations for the coffee shop, or after dinner.

Q - What is your cosmology?

A - Any attempt at making sense of the universe is currently at best an educated guess. In work that I present with Wisdom Strategy Research Institute I will make every effort to seperate mythology from technology. Ultimately, at this level in our evolution as the human race we actually have more questions than 100% reliable answers. My preference is to be pragmatic. I will give you recipes to attain rather worth-while states of being. I will not drift very far into providing answers that you must believe in order to utilize the materials. That is an important difference.

Q- Is this Magick, Wiccan, or other kind of Paganistic practice?

A - I have studied, am familiar with and informed by several magical traditions. However, Wisdom Strategy is definitely something very different. There are some useful techniques, practices, and theories found in magick that has been incorporated into the work of WSRI, one good example is designer sigils. However, taking a couple of pieces here and there is very different from embracing a system or school.

There are several flaws in most magical systems, that I am explicitly attempting to avoid. First, these systems are unbalanced according to my Quad Theory, because they are only 90% interested in accumulating power, and 10% interested in accumulating wisdom. Second, magical schools attempt to handle the mundane problems of life with magic. I think this a mistake. The reason someone has problems in various areas of life has much more to do with their psychology, than their magick. So with WSRI work we focus there. Third, magical systems advocate magick as a solution to life problems. I would rather handle the neuro-cybernetic mechanisms that create, and propigate the possibility of the problem space, rather than keep the same personal organization in place and conjure a spell.
Fourth, magick is properly used as a tool for personal evolution. When used in this way I have no gripe with it, but I have a much broader tool set. Fifth, magical systems are often very "woo-woo", very new agey. By that I mean that some of them seem to get lost in the means of magical practice and lose track of the ultimate end purpose of it all. There is often a lot of time and energy spent on what appears to me to be minutia that has little impact. Sixth, the practice of magic is often a way to avoid dealing with and handling things, and generally taking responsibility for ones life and ones affairs. Seventh, the experience of "magic" is limited to casting a spell, or doing a ritual, rather than an onging experience of lifes wonder.

Wisdom Strategy is not a magical school or system. It is a vehicle and methodology for healthfully, ecologically, and profoundly evolving oneself.

Q - What do you believe about astrology?

A - Astrology assumes a few things: 1) That objects in outer space exert a varying influence over forces and beings existing on Earth. 2) A certain set of psychological types that are hard wired based on your birthdate 3) That the relationshiops between all of the above is understood well enough that somewhat accurate predictions can be made based on it.

I think that the first assumption of some influence is probably valid to some extent. Gravity from the moon, and certainly solar flares form the sun have been demonstrated to have some effect, so why not some lesser effects from the planets, even from distant stars and galaxies? The second assumption presupposes 2 things - the system of pyschological types, and the deterministic influence of objects in outer space. Those are 2 seperate things really. As for the first, the psychological system of astrology is very interesting, and we make some use of it in a couple of the packages. The second, while I have noticed some tendency of people born under certain signs to exhibit some of the characteristics of the astrological signs, there are also glaring counter-examples. I believe that forces that shape personality are far more varied than effects from gravitational and other forces. Although, I allow for the possibility that these forces could have some impact. This brings us to the third assumption, which I think if the work of understanding and modelling the effects of stellar objects on our psychology and lifes were approached cleanly with modern statistical modelling, astronomy, physics, etc. there would be a much higher workability to the system.

When people find value or guidance in horoscopes, it's some combination very general patterns and very generic language, which people can fit the specific happenings and events they experience into; taken together with the mechanisms of justification and placebo.

Very little solid science has been done with the topic of astrology, and basically I think that other than the psychological system, in it's current form, it's bunk, and I don't put any real stock in it. I would be very curious to see what some hot statisticians / computer programmers / physists / astronomers / mathematicians, etc. working together might come up with, and I hope that somebody undertakes that sort of a research line.

What about Tarot cards?

A - Tarot cards are interesting. One of the ideas is that at some unconscious level you make decisions that bring appropriate and relevant cards to the surface. I think this is a factor to an extent. There is also a tremendous random factor.

Have you ever heard of the Rorschaack Inkblot test? Essentially, you make up some meaning for the cards. The cards act as a means to stimulate just out of conscious associations to the questions asked. There are many ways to do this. Tarot and similar kinds of cards are useful because the imagery and story of the cards seems to access archetypes, and together with the mechanism described above often produces some interesting insights. In some of the advanced packages we makes some use of the Tarot and similar cards. Not as a mechanism for divination, but rather as a way to gain access to subtle perceptions. However, it is only a small part of what is done.

I don't promote the idea that there is anything particularly special about the tarot. It's just one of many ways to access semi-consious / subliminal material.

Q - Do you advocate, or encourage the use of illegal, or recreational drugs

A - No. There are several dangers, risks and downsides of chemically altering ones state. I prefer to avoid using chemicals other than such things as vitamins and minerals, to manage, maintain, alter or achieve states, moods or abilities.
With the vast array of technologies that we have at our disposal, it really isn't necessary at all.

Q - Are you Christian?

A - I was born and raised, and still frequently go to church as a Methodist. I feel that I have a deep connection with Christ. So in many ways my answer is YES. However, I can not say that I can truthfully answer "yes" to every one of the points of the code of Nicean. And if you have looked around this site very much, it should be quite apparent that I have, and am also pursuing many other systems, philosophies, and theologies.

Q - What do you believe about homosexuality

A - Personally, I am heterosexual. And I welcome, and invite everyone of all sexual orientations, genders, and lifestyle choices to fully participate.

There are three packages that address sexuality and gender. The first two, are Level 1 packages. Sexuality and Gender Clean-Up is there because I think we're all a little confused about sexuality and gender. There is also a lot of emotional charge on these topics.

The other level 1 package Lust Transmutation addresses the problem of inappropriate lust. A lot of problems arise, for people of all sexual and lifestyle choices arises when lust is out of control. Many are driven temporarily or regularly by their lust.

Napolean Hill after studying and interviewing hundreds of the most powerful, and successful people in the first 1/3 of the 20th century, devoted one of the longest chapters of Think And Grow Rich to how the ability to direct their sexual energy into their career endeavors is a distinguishing factor of the ultra-successful.

At level 2, there is an optional package that is available which addresses making it possible for someone who has a sexual or lifestyle other than heterosexuality to shift to a heterosexual orientation, if so desired. This is offered as a choice, and is never sold, or enforced. Basically you have to proactively ask about it.

This is often a very sensitive, and delicate topic. Many claim that sexual orientation is either genetic or that it's so deeply engrained in "personality structures" that it's impossible to transform it.

This is something that when I hear someone claim a certain class of behavioral pattern is impossible to shift that I get very curious. I really took to heart what John Grinder, Robert Dilts, and Richard Bandler wrote in the beginning of NLP volume 1. They said, "all behavior ... is the result of systematically ordered sequences of sensory representations. Many of the problems and phenomena that have baffled behavioral scientists in the past can be understood, predicted and changed by useing the NLP model." They go on to say a couple pages later "By understanding that human beings do not operate directly on the world they are experiencing but through sensory transforms of the world, we also understand that 'truth' is a metaphor rather than a yardstick calibrated to some absolute standard of external reality." .... and then on page 22 they give the big whammy. "NLP is an explicit meta strategy designed for you - to shift dimensions of our experience from the class of environmental variables to the class of decision variables and, when appropriate, to assist othes to do so. That is exactly my point of view, as well.

One other relevant quote from NLP volume 1, p26, "All of our overt behavior is controlled by internal processing strategies."

In other words, all of our behavior, including our sexuality, comes from our neurological patterning, and our neurological patterning can be shifted. That is my point of view.

I will also say that this is a level 2 package. I do find that typically sexual orientation is a very deeply rooted pattern, and to successfully transform it, we generally need to have handled many other factors and areas, such as our perception of the past, our emotions, etc. If someone wants to address the topic of making a shift in their sexuality in Level 1, there are many packages where this is a possible topic such as Deep Integration and Resolution, The Achievement Manifesto, Review, 7C's, and many others.

I'm not saying by any means that making this shift is necessarily quick or easy. I don't exclude the possibility of a rapid transformation, of course. But neither am I saying that I have a 2 session process. It could potentially take dozens or even hundreds of hours to completely and thoroughly shift this for someone who has a very strong sexual identity. It could take a significant committment to making this class of change.

There is some percentage of the gay / lesbian population who while overtly being a proponent for the lifestyle choice, also covertly and secretly, in their heart of heart wishes that they could authentically be a heterosexual. If that happens to be you, this may the hope you have longed for. If you are authentically happy with whatever your current sexual orientation, that is great. It is totally up to you whether or not you want to consider going down this path. I simply offer the possibility.
